If you or any of your team members are having issues logging in to the new site, the below suggestions may help you resolve the issue.
1. Make sure you have created an account with Spidertracks. If you have not yet created an account, please fill out the following form: Spidertracks Registration
We recommend the following steps:
a. If you have the site open in any other tabs, please close all instances.
b. Clear cookies and cache.
c. Please make sure that any previously auto saved passwords for the site have been removed.
d. Please check that you are using the most recent version of your browser.
e. Try logging in at this stage, if you are still having issues, please follow up with your IT department to make sure the website is not being blocked by some network settings such as Firewalls.

4. I am using Internet Explorer and the site won't load.
Internet Explorer is not a supported browser and does not work with the new site, however we do recommend Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
