Can't Log In To Spidertracks.io

If you or any of your team members are having issues logging in to the new site, the below suggestions may help you resolve the issue

 
Q1. Clicking the link takes me to the new login page; however, using the same login and password that I used in the old site I receive the message that the login and password are incorrect!

We recommend the following steps:

1. If you have the site open in any other tabs, please close all instances.

2. Clear cookies and cache.

3. Please make sure that any previously auto saved passwords for the site have been removed.

4. Please check that you are using the most recent version of your browser.

Safari - The latest version is 13.0.5 

Chrome - The latest version 80.0.3987.132 

Firefox - The latest version 73.0.1

Microsoft Edge - The Latest Version is 44.18362.449.0

5. Try logging in at this stage, if you are still having issues, please try following up with your Tech support team to make sure you are not blocking the new site.

If you are unable to log in after trying the following please contact us at support@spidertracks.com  with your email address that you use to log in to the site.

 
Q2. I am using Internet Explorer and the site won't load.
A. Internet Explorer is not a supported browser and does not work with the new site, however we do recommend Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

Q3. Password reset doesn't seem to work.
Please check your Spam/Junk folders to see if the password reset email has been blocked.

If not, please contract support@spidertracks.com  with your email address that you use to log in to the site..

 
Q4. My Email isn't recognized
Please check that you do now have any capital letters in your email. If you do, you will need to enter your email in all lower case.
 
Q5. I am not able to close the white pop menu.
A. We recommend the following actions:
1. Please make sure you are clicking the x in the top right hand corner.
2. Please try reloading the page and closing the popup as soon as it displays.
