Can I Suspend Or Pause My Plan?

Commercial Plans

Basic & Unlimited  

Basic, Premium, and Unlimited plans  have a 12 month service agreement and come with 'pooled hours', meaning that if one of the aircraft in your fleet does a greater amount of flying than another, it can borrow the hours from the less active Spider to supplement its flying. 

Due to the sharing of hours between aircraft, we can not pause Spiders.

Essential Plan

Have a 12 month service agreement, however we do offer the option of being able to pause these plans for a short period of time. The Paused plan is for a period of up to 4 months of the year.

A Spider can only be Paused once in a 12 month cycle and any time elapsed during the suspension period does not apply to the 12 month service agreement.

Legacy Plans

Premium (Pooled Legacy Plan)

Premium Plan is a 12 month service agreement and also comes with 'pooled hours', meaning that if one of the aircraft in your fleet does a greater amount of flying than another, it can borrow the hours from the less active Spider to supplement its flying. 

Due to the sharing of hours between aircraft, we can not pause Spiders.

Prepaid Plan - Pay-As-You-Go & Seasonal Plan (Legacy Plans)

Prepaid plans are charged on an annual basis and charged for the months flown, for example if you are not flying in January, February, and March there is nothing to pay and due to this there is no need to put your Spiders on a Paused Plan. 

Monthly Plan - Lite (Legacy Plan)

The Lite plan can either be paused or deactivated. This plan has no contract, meaning that you can deactivate the Spider for free at any time without penalties. The benefit of suspending the Spider is that it can be added back in to active service as reactivating from a deactivated state can take up to 24 hours.

Please note, there is a 30 day notice period for deactivating this service.

Monthly Plans (Legacy)

We no longer offer the following Legacy Plans, however we do offer the option of being able to pause these plans for a short period of time.
Frequent Flyer Commercial 1
The Enthusiast Commercial 2
High Flyer Commercial 3 
Flexi-plan Commercial 4
Ultra  

Often customers will request to pause their service over winter months or during other scheduled downtime. 

Spidertracks policy is to allow a customer to place Spiders that currently are on a legacy plan, on a Paused plan for a period of up to 4 months of the year.

A Spider can only be Paused once in a 12 month cycle and any time elapsed during the suspension period does not apply to the 12 month service agreement.
