Do you want to cancel your service?

We are sorry to see you leave us!  We hope your experience with our service, tracking and customer care has delighted you over the last years.
 
If you are thinking about using your Spider at a later date, why not Pause the service for a period of time?

We offer a Pause option for those that don't want to pay a monthly fee while the aircraft is not being used. Please see the terms for this below.

If you want to Pause your Spider please email us at support@spidertracks.com with your Spider Serial Number(s). 

  • $10.00 (USD) per month
  • Maximum suspension of four months in any 12 month period
  • The Spider can be unsuspended at any time for no fee by emailing support@spidertracks.com
  • Any existing contract period will also be paused and will resume once the Spider has been reactivated. 

If you prefer to deactivate, please find below the deactivation request form. This will need to be filled by the account administrator or owner before we can turn off the Spider.
