Changing Your Email Address
To change your email address, please follow the steps below. Please note that this has to be done by the individual the account belongs to:
- Log in to the Spidertracks website with your current email and password
- On the Flying Page, click on the Profile icon (bottom-left side) and click on Personal Settings (1).
- Under contact details, click on Edit (2) and enter the new email address, then click Save.

Please note - your password will remain the same. If you need to change this (3), please look look at Password or Login Issues.
Q. Why Can't I change the email address or phone number of the member?!
A. That is because the member is responsible for their own account management and making sure their details are correct and that the most up to date details are stored.
