Visibility allows members from within your Organisation to view the tracks made by certain aircraft.

To manage the Visibility of your aircraft;

  1. Log in to the Spidertracks website with your current email and password
  2. On the Flying Page, click on the Organisation Settings icon (bottom-left side) and click 'Manage' Your Organisation
  3. In the sub menu on the left, select Visibility

The Visibility feature allows you to manage a member’s viewing rights within the Organisation. You have the option of restricting the visibility of tracks to specific members if you require. If you have a common group of people you wish to be able to see all tracks, select the All Aircraft menu option and check Can View Aircraft for the required members.

 Additionally, you are able to customize viewing rights for individual members, as required. To do this select the aircraft you wish to work with from the menu, and then check the Can View Aircraft box to enable viewing rights for the member(s) you require. Click Save for settings to take effect.

Any member that has the permission to see 'All Aircraft' will automatically be selected in the list of individual aircraft, and when you select a specific aircraft from the drop-down menu, you will notice these members are selected and cannot be deselected. If the member has a grey tick next to their name under an aircraft that you do not wish them to see, you will need to remove them from the list of members that can see 'All Aircraft'.

**Please Note – This does not apply to historical tracks; new members can only view tracks created from the time of saving**.

Please contact if you require any further assistance.

    I have added visibility of 3 aircrafts to a new user. The user can see the aircraft on the tracks screen but not on the flying screen. How long does it take before she will see the aircraft

    Hi Eugenec,

    Whenever you add new users to your organisation and give them visibility, they will be able to view new tracks created after this point. Please note that no historical flights will be visible.
