How do I update my credit card details?

Updating Your Credit Card

To update or change your credit card details, you need be be an administrator on the account.  

             

 

  1. Log in to your account at https://go.spidertracks.com/
  2. On the Flying Page (where you view the live tracking of your aircraft), you will see "Organisation Settings" move the cursor to the organisation icon and click on "Organisation Settings" in the bottom left corner. Click this, to to to your Management Page.

    3. Select the Organisation you wish to "Manage"

     4. In the left sub Menu, towards the bottom you will see "Billing and Payments" select this.

     5. This will take you to the page, that displays your payment information and will let you add/change           your billing details. Click Add Card/Edit at the bottom of the page.

     6. Once, you have updated this, click "Save". Your card is now updated. 

 

**Please Note; That each organisation has it's own unique customer ID, meaning that you will need to update the expired card details under each individual organisation which is applicable.
