How do I assign my Spiders to the aircraft? How do I assign my Spiders to a different aircraft?
In order to assign your Spiders, you need to register them first, please visit our support page for detailed instructions.
Once you have created your aircraft and registered your Spiders, you need to select the aircraft from the drop down menu at the top of the page and select the Spider that you want to assign from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page, then click save.
What is Watch and how does it work?
Watch is the active tracking option that will watch over you as you fly. It will generate an alert if there is a disconnection with the satellite network, however, you must remember to turn the Watch feature off after landing, otherwise a false alert will be generated! Why am I getting false SOS alerts?
There are two situations where a Spider can trigger an SOS alert:
1. Watch Mode
2. Manual SOS triggered by the pilot
