If you need to check that we are online, please look at the map below. If the dot for our Heartbeat unit is green or blue - we are!
If it's not on the other hand, something is going wrong. Check our twitter page for updates, but if it looks like we don't know about it yet, call us: +64 6 353 3395, 1800 491 2895 (US/Canada).

On the 21st of June 2011, we released Aviator to the world! You are now welcome to sign up for an account on Aviator. There are a few migration steps that need to happen, and as all billing is still processed by the Fleetpro site, so you'll still need an account on this site, and you'll continue to be able to view tracks on here. If you use the iOS app, you'll need to use your Fleetpro login to access this.
To get started, please follow these instructions depending on what you are:
Please sign up for an account on Aviator (http://go.spidertracks.com) and on Fleetpro (https://app.spidertracks.com) . Once you have done this, register your spider in Fleetpro by clicking on spiders -> register. Then follow the instructions for current users (below).

If your S3 spider has one, two of three of the LEDs along the top of the spider flashing, your spider may have put itself into self test mode.
For a temporary fix, please let the spider sit outside, and get a fix, then press all three buttons once all three LEDs are flashing. The three LEDs will stop flashing, and the right hand LED will alternate orange and green. At this point, repower the spider, and it will be operative. Please contact us as soon as possible to alert us to this problem.
Your spider will require a firmware upgrade to fix this bug. Please see this article to learn how to upgrade the firmware on your spider.

Updating a Spider S3 or Spider S4
We occasionally release firmware updates for Spiders, which can be upgraded on most Windows based computers. The upgrade procedure for Spider S2s is different than that for Spider S3s and Spider S4s. Please follow the appropriate instructions. If you're unsure which spider you have, please read this article.
To upgrade an S2, you need to first download the S2 updating program from our website. You will need to be logged in, and visit this link.
Install the software, and run the application (Spidertracks Spider Updater).
You then need to plug your spider in using the special updating lead provided with the spider (it has a blue USB end, and a screw on lead for the spider).
Enter your username and password and follow the onscreen instructions. More detailed instructions are in the pdf here.
